Here, he led the development of new distribution channels and was responsible for several projects to strengthen customer loyalty. His further career path led Stephan Heiss to Office Depot international, where he for the telephone account management and the development of specific customer segments in the company was in charge. In doing so, he established new telephone sales and developed a database to application maturity, which covers all options of the B2B customer relationship. At his last stop before Raja Pack, the electronics distributor Premierfarnell, Stephan Heiss led the establishment of the Office for Central Europe.
